The solicitation does not explicitly specify set-aside designations or restrictions for disadvantaged enterprises. The contract requires the successful bidder to provide comprehensive services, including all necessary traffic control, permits, design, materials, labor, equipment, transportation, and inspections. Pricing will be based on a per-linear-foot rate for each pipe size, with the City of Monroe providing water for cleaning, a dump site for debris, and manhole location services. The contractor must comply with MIOSHA safety regulations and provide liability insurance with the city listed as an additional insured. While specific budget ranges are not detailed in the provided documentation, the project must be completed within 120 days of the purchase order issuance, with liquidated damages of $75 per day for late completion. The project is part of the City of Monroe's Preventative Maintenance Program and covers sewer lines in various city locations, including areas behind the post office, along the Riverwalk, and near the water treatment plant and railroad.
