Bidders must submit artwork proposals in Excel format with preliminary placement lists detailing location, mount type, medium, hardware specifications, matting details, and matting dimensions; generate visual renderings of artwork layouts in PDF format; provide itemized cost breakdowns; and assist in finalizing artwork placement with clearly identified installation processes and timelines. Vendors must also certify they are not barred from contracting with any unit of local government in Florida due to tax delinquency with the Florida Department of Revenue unless actively contesting such liability through established statutory procedures; complete Human Trafficking Attestation forms confirming they do not use coercion for labor or services as defined under Florida Statutes Section 787.06; submit notarized Sworn Statements regarding public entity crimes pursuant to Florida Statutes Section 287.133(3)(a); provide Scrutinized Companies certifications confirming non-listing on boycott or restricted activities lists; and submit Foreign Country of Concern attestations confirming they are not owned by or organized under the laws of Foreign Countries of Concern. The contract is structured with an initial one-year term effective from the Notice of Intent to Award posting, with automatic renewal for two additional successive one-year periods, and either party may terminate upon 30 days' notice.
