About this opportunity
The City of Philadelphia is soliciting bids on Lenovo mice and headsets as a micro purchase under FY-27, with bids due July 28, 2026. The City will award the contract as a whole or by line item, whichever serves its best interest, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Sellers must quote all items to be eligible for award.
An executed Consent and Authorization Agreement must be submitted prior to bid closing; failure to comply results in quote rejection. Vendors must designate a Seller Administrator, consent to electronic transactions through PHLContracts.phila.gov, and authorize any account-holder to submit binding quotes. Signature requirements vary by entity type: corporations require signatures from both a President or Vice President and a Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Treasurer, or Assistant Treasurer; limited liability companies, partnerships, and sole proprietorships require signatures from authorized partners, owners, or designated signers.
The contract term is 365 days from the effective date with no extensions permitted. All quotes must remain valid for 60 days from submission. The total contract amount shall not exceed $45,000, adjusted annually by the CPI-U percentage increase from January 1, 2020, to the most recently published CPI-U and rounded to the nearest thousand dollars. Pricing must be net and exclusive of taxes; all products must be delivered FOB Destination Point. The City is exempt from federal excise, transportation, and Pennsylvania sales and use taxes.
Required insurance includes workers' compensation at statutory limits, general liability with a $500,000 per occurrence limit, and automobile liability with a $300,000 per occurrence limit. Sellers must certify they are not indebted to the City for delinquent taxes and must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including ethics and nondiscrimination provisions.
Submission of an optional LGBTQ Applicant Data Form is voluntary and does not affect bid eligibility. The procurement was awarded to Mega Wholesale LLC on July 29, 2026, the only bidder who quoted all requested items.
