The RFP does not specify set-aside designations or restrictions limiting participation to particular business classifications, disadvantaged enterprises, or organizations with specific status certifications; however, all bidders must certify compliance with federal suspension and debarment requirements and various Texas Government Code provisions regarding Iran sanctions, Israel boycotts, firearm discrimination, and energy company boycotts. No incumbent contractor information is specified in the procurement documents, indicating this may be a new service or a rebid following contract expiration. The contract structure consists of an initial one-year term with four optional one-year renewals with automatic renewal unless either party provides 30 days written notice of termination, with either party permitted to terminate for any reason with 30 days written notice. The contract shall not exceed $75,000 in total value across all three locations and the initial contract period, though actual compensation may vary based on seasonal needs and actual service delivery cycles.
