About this opportunity

Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority is soliciting bids for Kit Filter Inline components (Parker Hannifin PS802P, DART Item #03-027-012) to support Light Rail Vehicle Fleet maintenance operations, with bids due June 5, 2026. The contract has a not-to-exceed price of $34,300 and a one-year term with a required delivery date of June 1, 2026 and a 30-day lead time.

The scope covers approximately 1,150 units of the specified OEM part supplied on a blanket purchase order basis to serve as replacement stock inventory for DART Maintenance. Delivery is to 2212 E Pioneer Drive, Irving, Texas 75061. All bids must reflect FOB Destination shipping terms with freight costs included in the overall price; DART does not accept FOB Origin or Prepay and Add terms. Timely delivery is essential; seller failure to meet specified delivery schedules constitutes grounds for rejection and default termination.

Pricing must include all costs associated with fulfillment — supervision, labor, equipment, materials, vehicle licensing, warehousing, freight, pickup, financing, and carrying charges — with no price adjustments permitted unless specifically provided by additional provisions. Payment terms are Net 30. Invoices must be submitted in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org and must contain the purchase order number, item number, description, sizes, quantities, unit prices, and extended totals. Payment is made 30 days from invoice receipt or order receipt, whichever is later.

The seller must provide commercial warranties covering merchantable quality, suitability for intended use, and compliance with product specifications. The seller must represent that it is not identified on the Texas Comptroller's Foreign Terrorist Organization list and does not boycott Israel. The contract is governed by Texas law with venue in Dallas County. Access to detailed bid tables requires Bonfire registration and initiation of the "Prepare Your Submission" process.
