About this opportunity
The Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) is procuring Kit Filter Inline components through Requisition #2098117, a one-award blanket purchase order for stock and inventory items needed to replace defective filter inline kits on light rail vehicle fleets. The specific deliverable is the Parker Hannifin PS802P filter kit (Part Number 03-027-012, DART Item #03-027-012), with an estimated quantity of 2,050 units measured in each (EA). Vendors must deliver all items to 2212 E Pioneer Drive, Irving, Texas 75061, with a standard lead time of 30 days and flexibility for accelerated delivery as needed. All pricing must be all-inclusive on an FOB Destination basis with freight costs incorporated into the bid price, and payment terms are Net 30 with invoices submitted in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org. Timely delivery is deemed essential to the contract, with seller failure to meet specified delivery schedules constituting grounds for order rejection and default termination. The solicitation was posted on April 6, 2026, with a bid due date of April 13, 2026, and vendors must register on the Bonfire platform to access detailed bid tables and submit responses.
The procurement documents do not identify any set-aside designations, disadvantaged enterprise restrictions, or incumbent vendors for this opportunity. All interested vendors meeting the standard qualification requirements are eligible to respond, provided they agree to DART's standard Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, which include certifications regarding foreign terrorist organizations and Israel boycott compliance. The agreement will be governed by Texas law with venue in Dallas County, and vendors are prohibited from assigning the order without prior written consent from the Contracting Officer. No specific award value or budget range is disclosed in the available solicitation materials; pricing will be competitively determined through the sealed bid process based on unit price and extended price submissions for the estimated 2,050-unit quantity.
