The contract will allow state agencies, governmental units, and qualified non-profit organizations within Illinois to purchase steel sign posts on an as-needed basis over a five-year term. The solicitation seeks bids for three line items: steel posts for roadway signs that meet state specifications. Bids must be submitted electronically through the BidBuy procurement system by the stated due date, and no site visits or pre-bid conferences are required.
