About this opportunity
The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority is soliciting competitive, sealed responses for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to procure janitorial supplies for fiscal years 2026 and 2027. This procurement covers seven specific product groups: Deodorizers, Hand Soaps, Blue Recycling Bags, Clear Can Liners, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, and Sink/Hand Dryer/Toilet Fixture Floor Mats. The contract will serve facilities within Orlando International Airport (MCO), the MCO Train Station, and satellite buildings, with a 24-month period starting approximately October 1, 2025. Evaluation criteria include lowest cost and best value, with the Aviation Authority reserving the right to make multiple awards or split bids. Key procurement dates include a project release on August 14, 2025, with bid responses due September 5, 2025, and anticipated award dates of September 30, 2025 (Procurement Committee) and October 15, 2025 (Aviation Authority Board Meeting). Respondents must provide comprehensive documentation, including authorized dealer certifications, minimum two years of experience, references, and detailed technical specifications.
The solicitation allows multiple suppliers to be awarded, with primary and secondary suppliers identified to ensure continuous supply. No specific set-aside designations for disadvantaged enterprises are mentioned in the documentation. Respondents must submit pricing through the OpenGov Pricing Table, with freight terms of FOB Destination and payment terms of NET 45. The Aviation Authority will require strict compliance with product specifications, with potential for rejection of non-conforming bids. While specific budget ranges are not explicitly stated, the procurement covers a comprehensive range of janitorial supplies across seven product categories. Respondents may bid on all or some items, but the Aviation Authority reserves the right to limit the number of awards. The solicitation emphasizes flexibility in procurement, with the ability to purchase from one or more awarded respondents based on the Aviation Authority's needs and operational requirements.
