The scope covers janitorial services for approximately 1,965 square feet consisting of vinyl tile, painted concrete, and concrete entrance areas. Services must be performed after regular working hours (5:00 p.m. CST) Monday through Friday with all doors locked during service performance. The contractor provides all equipment, supplies, and trained personnel at least 18 years of age; KDOT furnishes waste basket liners, trash bags, hand soap, sanitizer, toilet paper, and paper towels. Performance standards require maintaining clean, sanitary, and polished conditions consistent with commercial-grade janitorial standards. Quarterly joint on-site inspections will be conducted.

The contract term is five years commencing November 1, 2026 through October 31, 2031. Bidders must submit fixed-price proposals with pricing for each year, with the option to include incremental price increases not exceeding 5% annually for years two through five. Payment terms are Net 30 days following acceptance of services. Written questions are due by close of business July 31, 2026.
