Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners, Department of Community Services is requesting an Informal Written Quote for the purchase of one freestanding archival-quality clock exhibit case for the Gwinnett Historic Courthouse, with quotes due October 22, 2026 at 3:00 p.m.

The exhibit case must meet archival standards with minimum interior dimensions of 64 inches height by 55 inches width by 32 inches depth, featuring a UV-filtering acrylic vitrine forming an airtight seal, an acid-free archival linen board deck base, and natural wood veneer exterior. The case must be lockable or secured with security screws. All materials must be new and of adequate quality. The County requires approval of a mock-up prior to award and production.

Vendors must provide a minimum of three references demonstrating similar project scope and size. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination to the Gwinnett Historic Courthouse with placement in a pre-designated space. Quotes must be submitted as a lump-sum price on the County's fee schedule and include certification of non-collusion and delivery time in calendar days following purchase order receipt. No bid bond, performance bond, or payment bond is required.

Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible quote. Gwinnett County reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, waive technicalities, negotiate terms and conditions with the lowest responsive supplier, and make an award in its best interest. The County is exempt from federal excise tax and Georgia sales tax; vendors are responsible for applicable taxes. Electronic payment will be required upon notice of award, with payment within thirty days of receipt of department-approved payment requests.

Questions are due by 12:00 p.m. on October 19, 2026, directed to Casey Beauston, Purchasing Associate III. Quotes may be submitted via email, fax, or in-person delivery to the Purchasing Division.
