The Massachusetts Military Division is tax-exempt; contractors must provide liability insurance naming the Commonwealth as additionally insured. Weekly certified payroll submission is required.

Questions are due July 6, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. The apparent successful bidder will be announced July 13, 2026, with an estimated contract start date of July 15, 2026.
