About this file
This is a Certificate of Non-Collusion form required for the ITB 260686 procurement opportunity with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for fire extinguisher services at Camp Edwards. The document serves as a certification statement in which bidders must attest under penalties of perjury that their bid or proposal has been submitted in good faith and without collusion or fraud with any other party. The form requires the signature of the individual submitting the bid or proposal and the name of the business entity submitting the response.
The certificate defines "person" broadly to encompass any natural person, business, partnership, corporation, union, committee, club, or other organization, entity, or group of individuals, establishing the scope of parties that cannot be involved in collusive or fraudulent activities related to the bid submission. This standard certification document is a mandatory compliance requirement for bidders participating in the fire extinguisher procurement, installation, and annual inspection/maintenance contract for Camp Edwards post-wide facilities.
