The total contract value is not to exceed $4.8 million, with a five-year term and no mentioned renewal options. Eligible respondents must be qualified to do business in California and properly licensed at the time of award. The Authority will recognize certifications from California Department of General Services, California Unified Certification Program, and Small Business Administration 8(a) Program.
