Vendors are required to submit a current W-9 form, certificates of liability insurance, and at least three client references. While specific award values are not explicitly stated, the RFP indicates a multi-year implementation approach, with Algebra I adopted in Year 1, potentially followed by Geometry in Year 2 and Algebra II in Year 3, with a maximum contract term end date of June 31, 2031.
