The lobby scope includes a 50-65 inch flat-screen television with wall mounting hardware. An alternate bid option is available for dual projectors and dual screens on opposite gym walls. All base bid pricing must include materials, labor, shipping, insurance, and complete turnkey service delivery. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for February 8, 2021 at 2:00 PM at the Davis Education Center, with attendees required to arrive at 1:45 PM for COVID-19 screening. Sealed bids must be submitted in one original and two copies (with electronic copy preferred) by February 15, 2021 at 2:00 PM to Cynthia McCain, Assistant Superintendent for Business Services. All questions regarding specifications must be submitted in writing to Scott Hartman, Technical Services Supervisor, at least 72 hours prior to the bid due date.
