The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, Division of Procurement and Support Services, is soliciting bids for the supply and installation of a garage door at Cannon Mountain Ski Area in Franconia, New Hampshire. The procurement requires vendors to supply and install one 18'2" x 14" model 592 garage door in white with standard radius tracks and torsion springs, fully weather-stripped, including removal and haul-away of the existing door. All delivery and installation costs must be included in the bid price submitted in US dollars with no additional charges, surcharges, or fuel fees permitted. The successful vendor must deliver and install the garage door within thirty business days of contract award, with project completion required no later than May 1, 2026. The Request for Bid was distributed on March 2, 2026, with a deadline for bidder questions on March 5, 2026, state responses due March 9, 2026, and bid closing at 10:00 AM Eastern Time on March 13, 2026. Site visits are available Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM by scheduling with David Webster at 603-823-8800, extension 721. The successful vendor will be evaluated based on submission of a conforming bid at the lowest cost, and the state reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
Vendors must be registered with the New Hampshire Bureau of Purchase and Property and, if applicable, with the New Hampshire Secretary of State to be eligible for award. The successful vendor must provide comprehensive general liability insurance of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, maintain workers' compensation insurance as required by New Hampshire law, and provide a warranty of not less than one year from acceptance covering all parts, labor, shipping, and expenses. Bids should be submitted via email to NH.Purchasing@DAS.NH.Gov, with invoices submitted to David.M.Webster@DNCR.NH.Gov for payment via ACH transfer thirty days after invoice receipt and acceptance of goods. The contract is non-exclusive and may be terminated by the state at any time with thirty days' written notice. No specific set-asides for disadvantaged enterprises, incumbent vendors, or budget ranges are identified in the solicitation documents.
