The estimated historical monetary value is $20,000 for the prior contract year (September 1, 2025 through August 31, 2026), provided as a guideline only with no volume guarantee. The contract not-to-exceed amount is $30,000 for the initial term of September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2027, with an extension option for up to one additional year at HHSC's sole discretion. Pricing must be firm and fixed, submitted on Exhibit C, and include all delivery costs. Delivery is required between 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM (excluding 11:00 AM to noon) at the specified address; the contractor bears all delivery costs including overtime and handling charges.

Bidders must submit completed Exhibits A (HHS Solicitation Affirmations) and C (Pricing Sheet) and the Warranty and Complaint Resolution Form. Responses may be submitted via email, HHS Online Bid Room, or hand delivery/overnight mail with USB drive. The response remains a binding offer for 240 days. No HUB subcontracting plan is required but is encouraged. All HHSC standard terms and conditions, suspension and debarment certifications, and compliance affirmations apply.
