The contract term runs 180 calendar days from Notice to Proceed, with all work required to be completed by November 15, 2026. Payment is based on unit prices for five line items: Traffic Control (lump sum), Bituminous Asphalt Concrete Patching (542 tons), Recycled Asphalt Concrete 9.5mm (51 tons), Mill Asphalt Concrete Pavement (32,868 square yards), and Speed Tables (2 each). All testing, layout, and traffic control costs must be included in unit bid prices. The successful bidder must provide a Performance-Payment Bond equal to 100% of the total base bid amount within seven days of award.
