About this opportunity

The Texas A&M University System ("A&M System") is seeking proposals from qualified companies to provide and implement a cloud-based constituent relationship management (CRM) software platform. The platform must include the ability to perform analytics, data enrichment, merchant services, financial transaction management, award management, donor management, and alumni engagement. The A&M System intends to establish a master services agreement with one or more companies to meet the needs of its universities and agencies, located across the state of Texas, specifically in Brazos County and the City of College Station. Proposals are due by December 12, 2023, and the initial contract term is for 3 years, with options to extend for up to 2 additional 2-year terms.

The A&M System requires that respondents demonstrate a good faith effort to subcontract with Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUBs) for at least 15% of the scope of work. The pricing for the platform and related services will be based on the fee rate schedule provided in the RFP. The RFP also outlines specific technical and security requirements for the proposed platform, including accessibility compliance, data privacy and protection, and integration capabilities. The A&M System does not have a standardized CRM solution across its Member institutions, and the current data and integration landscape varies widely by institution.
