Delivery is F.O.B. destination to 1801 South McLean Boulevard, Wichita, Kansas.

The contract includes three optional items: a hydraulic hammer, Glide Ride bucket spill reduction system, and a two-year/2,000-hour extended warranty on the hydraulic system and powertrain. Award will be based on lowest and best total net bid with selected options from a responsible and responsive vendor. Pricing must reflect delivered costs free of duties and most taxes unless otherwise imposed by a governmental body.

Written questions are due by 3:00 p.m. on July 30, 2026 to Jason Brogden, with responses provided by addendum during the week of August 3. The tentative City Council award date is August 18, 2026.
