Unit prices and percentage discounts remain firm for the entire one-year term. The contractor must obtain a Long Beach business license and all required state and federal permits prior to contract execution and maintain comprehensive general liability insurance of $1 million per occurrence or $2 million general aggregate, automobile liability of $500,000, and workers' compensation with $1 million employers' liability limits.
