The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, make multiple awards, or withdraw the solicitation entirely at its discretion.
The County of Orange offers a five percent price deduction for vendors certified as County of Orange Local Small Businesses (OCLSB) or Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (DVBE), with a maximum allowable preference deduction of $100,000.
