About this opportunity
The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, Division of Procurement and Support Services, is requesting bids for supply and installation of a 40-foot fiberglass flagpole at 25 Hall Street in Concord, with bids due July 29, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
The scope includes supply and installation of a 40-foot fiberglass flagpole with gold anodized ball, stationary truck, snap hooks, polyester halyard, flash collar, ground sleeve, and cleat, plus demolition and removal of the existing flagpole. Vendors must submit separate pricing for total materials costs (including crane rental or other equipment rentals as needed) and total labor costs (demolition, removal, and installation). All prices must be in US dollars and include delivery; no special charges, surcharges, or fuel charges are permitted after bidding.
Bidders must provide at least three references. The successful vendor must carry general liability insurance of at least $1 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate, plus workers' compensation insurance. A one-year warranty covering all parts, shipping, labor, travel, lodging, and expenses is required, or the manufacturer's standard warranty if longer. Vendors are responsible for traffic control as needed. A pre-work conference between vendor and the State must occur before work begins. Work commences as soon as product is available and mutually agreed upon.
The award will be made to the responsible vendor submitting a conforming bid at the lowest cost. Site visits are available July 16 and July 21, 2026 at 8:30 a.m.; additional visits may be coordinated through Jesse Propri. Questions are due July 28, 2026, with State responses due July 30. Payment is due 30 days after invoice receipt or after all items are delivered, inspected, and accepted, whichever is later, via ACH transfer.
