The scope spans four sections. Section I covers recreational and ball fields at six locations—Gardner Field Complex, Zeek Road Field Complex (Veterans Field), Ford Road Fields, Knuth Farm Fields (Cooper Road), Pocono Road Fields, and Fireman's Field (Main Street Firehouse)—with mowing to maintain grass heights between 2 and 3 inches; all recreational fields must be completed by Wednesday at 3:00 p.m., and the contractor must contact DPW by 9:00 a.m. on mowing days to confirm field conditions. Section III encompasses eight parks and playgrounds requiring weekly grass cutting, litter control, and seasonal cleanup. Section IV covers miscellaneous Township properties including parking lots, islands, and roadway frontages.

General work standards require mowing as needed to maintain optimal turf health with no mowing during standing water or adverse conditions; fence lines, goal posts, and playground areas maintained; herbicide application for weed control on an as-needed basis; trash and debris removal; power-edging of cement sidewalks; and collection and removal of grass clippings from primary lawn areas.
