Logan Suicide Risk Project seeking behavioral health hospital beds and related equipment. The procurement is for 10 SW Behavioral Health Beds (or equivalent) with security enhancements designed for mental health environments, 10 matching mattresses measuring 35"x82" with RF welded seams, and 2-year extended warranties on all equipment. Six beds are designated for delivery to CMHI Pueblo located at 1600 West 24th Street, Pueblo, Colorado 81003, and four beds are designated for delivery to CMHI Ft. All equipment must be new unless otherwise specified and warranted by manufacturers, with pricing to remain firm for the term of the award. Quotes must be submitted on an F.O.B. Destination basis with payment terms of less than 45 calendar days not being considered. The submission deadline is August 31, 2016, with quotes accepted via email to Darla.geer@state.co.us or by fax to 719-546-4896. Award selection will be based on the quote most beneficial to the State, with price being the primary consideration, followed by factors including vendor experience, delivery capabilities, and warranty offerings.
Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) incorporated or organized in Colorado and officially registered with the Center for Veteran Enterprise are eligible to receive a 5% price preference, provided they submit appropriate certification documentation with their response. Vendors must specify any minimums, special charges, restrictions, or conditions applicable to their quotes. The State reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities during the term of the award based on available funding. No specific incumbent vendors or budget range has been identified in the solicitation materials. A Purchase Order or State Contract must be executed before the awarded vendor may perform or deliver goods or services.
