The County of Orange offers local small business (OCLSB) and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) set-asides and preferences, providing a five percent deduction for OCLSB or DVBE certified bidders and an additional five percent applied to total cost scores for RFPs with cost evaluation criteria. The contract will be awarded for one year with potential renewal based on departmental needs and funding availability, subject to Board of Supervisors approval, with a total program budget of $700,000 for the initial contract year.
