The Commonwealth of Kentucky Finance and Administration Cabinet, on behalf of the Kentucky State Fair Board, issued Request for Bid (RFB) 758 2100000472 to procure felt banners for the 2021 North American International Livestock Exposition. The solicitation encompasses three line items: 15" x 24" wool felt banners (estimated 254 units with minimum order of 150), 24" x 40" wool felt banners (estimated 202 units with minimum order of 150), and felt letters to be sewn onto banners (estimated 2,000 units with minimum order of 2,000). All banners must be constructed from wool felt in purple and lavender colors with sewn-on yellow letters, straight yellow fringed bottoms, wooden cross bars approximately one inch in diameter with sleeves, gold-colored plastic end acorns, and approximately six feet of yellow satin rope with tassel ends and yellow felt trim.
