A pre-bid site visit is available.

The contract term runs one year from execution, with continuation subject to funding availability and DPS discretion regarding optional renewal periods. DPS guarantees no minimum compensation and authorizes payment only upon written approval from the Contract Monitor confirming acceptance.

Bidders must submit all pricing on the mandatory pricing schedule, covering all costs, fees, licenses, and delivery expenses. Selected contractors must resubmit financial rating information within 120 days after their fiscal year end. Invoices must reference the contract or purchase order number and be submitted to both the Contract Monitor and apinvoices@dps.texas.gov. DPS reserves the right to terminate for convenience with 30 days' notice or for failure to perform after written notice of default.
