Operating hours are limited to 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, unless approved otherwise. Substantial completion is required by May 17, 2027, with final completion by May 31, 2027. The contractor must obtain performance and payment bonds each equal to the contract price and maintain commercial general liability insurance of $1 million per occurrence and $2 million annual aggregate, plus commercial automobile liability of $1 million combined single limit. Quotes remain firm for a minimum of 30 calendar days from closing. The ODOT Project Manager is Jesse Powning, 541-554-4775. Award will be made to the responsible offeror with the lowest total price.
