The project is located in Georgia, specifically serving the Statesboro/Bulloch County area, suggesting potential local or regional contractor preferences. No incumbent vendors or existing technological infrastructure integration requirements are mentioned in the available information. Although a precise project budget is not specified, roadway improvement projects of this complexity typically range from $500,000 to $2 million, depending on the specific engineering and construction requirements. Interested contractors will need to demonstrate substantial experience in municipal roadway reconstruction, drainage infrastructure development, and comprehensive civil engineering project management to be competitive in this procurement opportunity.
