Successful bidders must provide a minimum of ten years' experience, maintain required insurance coverage including a $1 million Commercial General Liability limit and workers' compensation with A.M. Best ratings of A-5 or higher, and ensure all personnel performing electrical work are CPR certified. Compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, NEC, and NETA standards is mandatory. Bidders must conduct on-site inspections prior to bid submission and submit three professional references of similar size and scope. Addendum #1 (August 29, 2022) removed the ISO 9001 certification requirement, though candidates may still pursue certification. Bidders must quote the full scope of work and acknowledge the addendum on the Bid Form or face non-responsiveness.
