About this opportunity
This Request for Quote (RFQ) opportunity issued by the state of Idaho focuses on janitorial services for the JCC-Lewiston located in Nez Perce County. The procurement is specifically targeting cleaning and maintenance services for a local government facility, with a solicitation posted on April 15, 2025, and a response deadline of April 18, 2025. While the specific detailed requirements are not fully outlined in the provided document, the contract appears to be a short-term service procurement targeting professional janitorial service providers. The RFQ suggests a targeted procurement process with a narrow window for vendor responses, indicating a potentially urgent or time-sensitive cleaning service need. The contracting opportunity is structured under the state of Idaho's procurement guidelines and falls within the jurisdictional boundaries of Nez Perce County, which is identified by the FIPS Code 16069.
Based on the limited information provided, there are no explicit details regarding set-aside designations, disadvantaged enterprise participation, or specific vendor restrictions. The document does not specify the potential award value, budget range, or current incumbent vendors for this janitorial services contract. Without additional context, it is not possible to definitively state the scope of integration requirements with existing infrastructure or technology. Potential respondents would need to carefully review the full RFQ documentation to understand precise qualifications, evaluation criteria, and submission requirements. Interested vendors should promptly contact the issuing agency to obtain comprehensive details about the janitorial services contract for the JCC-Lewiston facility.

The Idaho Division of Purchasing has requested an exemption from competition for the purchase of Milk, packaged and delivered. If approved, an exemption from competition may allow the agency to procure the property with limited or no competitive process. Exemption from competition is at the discretion of the DOP Administrator. In the interest of transparency, DOP is offering suppliers the opportunity to review this requested exemption and provide relevant information. The decision remains discretionary, and suppliers have no right to appeal the Administrator's decision. Suppliers are invited to provide information that may help the DOP Administrator make a decision regarding this requested exemption from competition. Please review the Agency's request, attached in the Buyer Attachment section of IPRO. You are invited to provide information that may help support or contradict the claim that competition would be impractical, unreasonable, or disadvantageous to the State under the circumstances. Submit your information by attaching it in the Supplier Attachments section of IPRO and submitting your response or emailing purchasing@adm.idaho.gov. To be considered by the Administrator, all information must be submitted prior to the closing date and time listed in IPRO.
