Contract documents include AIA Document A101-2017 and A201-2017, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC specifications and drawings, and all applicable Delaware Code requirements. The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities. MBE, DBE, WBE, and VBE firms will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids.
