Integration with FAA remote ID and existing airport databases is required. The vendor must supply all hardware and software, complete installation and commissioning within 90 days of award, provide comprehensive training for airport personnel across the contract term, and deliver 24/7 technical support with a guaranteed 2-hour response time for critical issues. A minimum two-year warranty on all components is mandatory.

The contract term runs three years from July 20, 2026 through July 19, 2029, with no renewal options. Payment is on a time-and-materials basis with a not-to-exceed amount. The business case identifies total appropriations of $1 million for the project, including $450,000 for Year 1 software licensing and support, $80,000 in force labor, and $320,000 in miscellaneous costs, with operations and maintenance of $50,000 annually for Years 2–5. Hardware and software must be delivered within 60 days of award.

Evaluation is weighted 15 percent for pricing and 85 percent across technical proposal (25 percent), implementation plan (20 percent), maintenance and support (20 percent), and experience and expertise (20 percent). Questions are due June 4, 2026 at 11:59 PM, with answers issued by June 25. The anticipated project commencement is August 17, 2026.
