Pricing is structured as per-body estimates with payment only for actual usage; consumables including coroner bags are built into the contract price. Prevailing pricing must remain valid throughout the contract term. Services must be performed entirely within the United States. A mandatory $15 Minority Contractor Initiative fee will be deducted from the vendor's first check. Subcontracting is permitted with prior written approval; subcontractors with annual values exceeding $100,000 must provide Financial Disclosures and Conflicts of Interest certifications.
