Contractors must maintain general commercial liability insurance of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 annual aggregate, auto liability of $1,000,000 per occurrence, and worker's compensation as required by law. The State reserves the right to terminate for convenience with thirty days' notice. A $15 minority contractor initiative fee may be assessed. Payment is governed by the State Prompt Payment Act with invoicing required by July 31 for services performed through June 30. All work product is deemed work-for-hire with exclusive ownership by the State of Illinois.
