The estimated contract value is approximately $250,000, excluding renewal options. The initial contract term runs July 29, 2026 through July 28, 2027, with provisions for two one-year renewal periods by mutual consent and up to three additional 30-day unilateral extension periods at the District's discretion. All prices must remain firm for the initial term; escalation or de-escalation at renewal periods may not exceed the previous year's Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U).

General Liability Insurance must provide $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 general aggregate. Automotive Liability requires $300,000 Combined Single Limit minimum. Workers' Compensation must comply with Florida Statute 440. The School Board of Pinellas County must be listed as Additional Insured and Certificate Holder on all policies.
