Vendor must deliver and install all components within 8 weeks of order placement and prior to clinic opening. Bidders must submit firm, fixed prices for five line items: the system, standard 3-year warranty with parts replacement, delivery, installation, and disposal of the existing unit.
The contract term is three calendar years beginning November 1, 2026, with an option to renew for two additional years subject to mutual written agreement and Board of Supervisors approval. Award will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. The County requires comprehensive insurance coverage including Commercial General Liability ($1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate), Automobile Liability ($1,000,000 combined single limit), Workers' Compensation (statutory), and Employers Liability Insurance ($1,000,000 per accident or disease). Contractor must provide performance and labor/material payment bonds. Bids are submitted exclusively through the County's online eProcurement Portal (no other form of submission accepted) and remain valid for 365 days following solicitation closing. Required certifications include SAM.gov clearance, valid UEI and DUNS numbers, California Secretary of State registration, active contractor licenses, federal debarment certification, and non-collusion declarations.
