The Philadelphia Water Department will evaluate proposals under an RFP issued June 24, 2026.
The scope encompasses development and implementation of integrated marketing strategy, including digital content, social media campaigns, promotional materials, visitor engagement initiatives, and event marketing designed to increase awareness and attendance at the facility's programs, activities, and events. The City will provide thirty days' written notice before exercising renewal options.
