The scope references State Fair Infrastructure cost estimates ranging from $19 million to $56 million depending on anchor development delivery schedules.
New Mexico resident business preference (8% bonus) and New Mexico/Native American resident veteran preference (10% bonus) are available upon appropriate certification. Errors and Omissions Insurance with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and in the aggregate is required.
