About this opportunity

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission is requesting bids for dental supplies, equipment repair services, and consumables for the On-Campus Dental Office at Mexia State Supported Living Center under a Blanket Purchase Order, with bids due August 19, 2026.

The scope encompasses three line items: dental equipment repair (NIGP Class 93824), dental supplies (NIGP Class 26053), and consumables for testing (NIGP Class 94828), each with an expected quantity of one lot. Bidders must submit pricing for four specific Sprintray resin products on a per-unit basis: Ceramic Crown Resin Item #922-9755, NightGuard Flex 2 Resin Item #921-9136, APEX Base Resin Item #921-9140, and APEX Teeth Resin Item #921-9145. Bidders offering alternative brands to the specified products must submit adequate supporting literature for evaluation, and all products must conform to stated minimum specifications. Estimated shipping costs must also be included.

Submissions require completion and signature of Exhibit A (HHS Solicitation Affirmations) and the completed Exhibit C Pricing Sheet; failure to submit both will result in bid disqualification. Bids are accepted only in US dollars. Bidders may submit electronically through the HHS Online Bid Room or deliver in-person to the Procurement and Contracting Services office at 1100 W. 49th Street, Austin, Texas, during business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.). Registration in the IAMOnline system for electronic submission may require several days; the Help Desk (512-438-4720 or 855-435-7181) operates Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Central Time. Inquiries should be directed to Michael Fuentes. Contractors must complete Exhibit B (Utilization of Contractor's Employees and HHS Affirmations), which includes mandatory compliance certifications, E-Verify requirements, and acknowledgment of applicable state workforce and contracting standards.
