About this opportunity
The Maryland Department of Information Technology is requesting proposals for a three-year CrowdStrike Falcon cybersecurity platform renewal (2026–2028) under Purchase Order Request for Proposals FC-082-26, with proposals due November 25, 2025, at 10:00 AM. This is a secondary competition limited exclusively to Master Contractors already awarded under the COTS 2012 Master Contract (060B2490021). Respondents must be authorized CrowdStrike resellers and provide a current Letter of Authorization from the manufacturer or distributor.
The scope covers multiple CrowdStrike solutions including Falcon Complete with Threat Graph, endpoint detection and response, cloud detection and response (CNAPP), identity threat protection, Falcon FileVantage, Falcon Device Control, and Falcon Intelligence Premium. Services include a phased mobile deployment ramping from 5,000 to 15,000 devices over the three-year period, a one-year Next-Gen SIEM pilot program, and CrowdStrike University training credits. Quantities vary by product line, ranging from 45 training credits to 140,000 accounts for identity threat protection. All products deploy on GovCloud infrastructure. The place of performance is DoIT's office at 45 Calvert Street, Annapolis, Maryland.
Financial proposals must be submitted by line item with subtotals by group, include estimated ship dates and lead times, provide screenshots of the manufacturer's suggested retail price, and remain valid for at least 90 days following the proposal deadline. Pricing in the redacted quote document is confidential. Installation and training services may not exceed 49% of total contract value. Award will be based on price and warranty/support and maintenance features. The contractor must furnish all software licensing agreements, end-user license agreements, enterprise license agreements, professional service agreements, master agreements, and acceptable use policies for state review. The primary state contact is Merchelle Halsey at 410-697-9694 or merchelle.halsey@maryland.gov.
