About this opportunity
The County of Henry, Georgia is seeking qualified vendors to provide an upgrade to the audio-visual systems in 15 courtrooms located in the Springfield County Courthouse. The Request for Proposals (RFP) calls for the replacement of outdated projectors, screens, audio systems, and related infrastructure. The project has an estimated total budget of $1.2 million and a contract term of three years with two one-year renewal options. Proposals are due by November 6, 2023, and a mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for September 15, 2023. Vendors must submit both time and materials and fixed pricing proposals that meet the county's specifications.
The RFP includes provisions for small and minority-owned business participation. The county has an incumbent AV vendor, but this is an open competitive procurement. The project is funded through the county's capital improvement budget, and the selected vendor will be responsible for providing and installing the new courtroom audio-visual equipment to meet the county's requirements.
