About this opportunity

BCUA is soliciting rebid proposals for Control Building Chiller Replacement under Contract No. C214, with responses due November 19, 2026, in Bergen County, New Jersey. The source names no set-aside, preference, or sole-source restriction. The rebid notice is posted November 4, 2026.

The scope covers installing a six-section modular chiller that the Owner has pre-purchased, so the chiller equipment is not part of the awarded work. The work includes all related and ancillary items, including piping, duct work, supports, and controls, "as required for a complete and fully operational plant."
