About this opportunity
Bryan County, Georgia is seeking consulting services for Disaster Recovery and FEMA Public Assistance through a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) procurement process. The county will select a consulting firm deemed most qualified and best suited to meet their requirements for disaster recovery support. Proposals must be submitted by 10:00 PM EDT on December 31, 2024, to the Public Works Department located at 66 Capt. Matthew Freeman Drive, Suite 201, in Richmond Hill, Georgia. Interested parties can obtain the RFQ document by contacting Matt Montanye, Director of Public Works, via email at mmontanye@bryancountyga.gov or by phone at (912) 663-5237. The Board of Commissioners will conduct the selection process, with explicit provisions to evaluate and choose the most appropriate consulting firm for disaster recovery and FEMA public assistance services.
The procurement opportunity is open to qualified consulting firms, with Bryan County positioned as an Equal Opportunity Employer. While specific set-aside designations are not explicitly detailed in the available documentation, the county reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and potentially readvertise for new submissions. The RFQ does not guarantee a contract award or provide compensation for proposal preparation costs. No incumbent vendors or specific budget ranges are mentioned in the provided documentation. The selection will be based on the firm's qualifications, ability to meet the county's disaster recovery and FEMA public assistance needs, and alignment with the Board of Commissioners' requirements. Potential respondents should carefully review the full RFQ document and be prepared to demonstrate comprehensive expertise in disaster recovery consulting and public assistance program management.
