Required software proficiency includes AutoCAD, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, Civil 3D, and Revit.
Each resulting term agreement runs for three years with three one-year renewal options. Compensation for individual project assignments is negotiated on a project-by-project basis through predesign proposals and executed Agreements Between Owner and Civil Engineer; no specific budget is disclosed, though individual project construction values may not exceed thresholds established in Florida Statutes Section 287.055(2)(g). Firms must maintain professional liability insurance of $1 million with a deductible not exceeding $50,000, general liability insurance of $300,000, and workers' compensation insurance.

Written inquiries are due August 17, 2026 at 5:00 PM ET, with responses anticipated August 20. Evaluation is anticipated September 16–21, with final selection results anticipated September 22. Proposals must include one digital USB and one original hardbound copy, SF 330, FDACS Professional Qualifications Supplement, professional registration certificates, and certifications regarding lobbying, debarment, and vendor status.
