Required qualifications for proposers include proven AMAG installation and upgrade experience, proficiency in industry-standard practices, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. No incumbent vendors or current contractors are identified in the available documentation. The successful proposer(s) will execute a two-year services agreement with an option to renew by amendment, and the City reserves the right to award multiple agreements to qualified proposers. No contract amount or budget range is specified in the available RFP materials. All submitted materials become City property and public records subject to GRAMA disclosure provisions, though proposers may request confidential treatment for specific business information with supporting rationale.
