About this opportunity
Broward County is seeking an open-end contract for Cisco products, software, and services through the Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) Division, with the intent to establish a Qualified Vendor List (QVL) of up to five responsive vendors. The procurement will cover Cisco support, subscription services, hardware, software, training, and hourly services for the county and its various agencies. Vendors must be Cisco Gold-Level Integrator Partners with specific certification requirements, including a minimum of 12 full-time employees, at least four Cisco Certified Internetwork Experts (CCIEs), and demonstrated expertise across multiple Cisco solution architectures. The solicitation requires electronic submission through BPRO (Bonfire) by November 20, 2025, with vendors strongly encouraged to provide all documentation for comprehensive review. Evaluation criteria will include pricing based on MSRP with proposed discount percentages, vendor certifications, technical personnel qualifications, and the ability to manage simultaneous enterprise network projects.
There are no specific set-aside designations for disadvantaged enterprises noted in the documents. The solicitation includes various compliance requirements such as domestic partnership benefits certification, anti-human trafficking affidavits, and insurance specifications with detailed coverage minimums. Vendors must provide insurance with specific limits, including General Liability ($1,000,000 per occurrence), Cyber Liability ($2,000,000 per claim), and Professional Liability ($2,000,000 per claim). The contract will have an initial three-year term with potential for two additional three-year renewals, not to exceed a total of five years. While no specific total contract value is mentioned, the procurement allows for processing annual support renewals and enterprise agreements, suggesting a potentially significant multi-year technology investment for Broward County.
