About this file

This document is an Anti-Human Trafficking Affidavit for Broward County, Florida, requiring vendors to affirm they do not use coerced labor or services as defined under Florida Statutes. The affidavit must be completed and submitted with a vendor's solicitation response, either initially or within three business days of the county's request, with potential consequences of being deemed non-responsive for failure to comply. The form requires vendors to provide their name, signature, printed name, title, and date of execution, with a form date of 9/9/24.

The associated state and local contract opportunity is for Cisco Products, Software and Services, an open-end contract for the Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) Division and other Broward County agencies. The solicitation requires electronic submission through BPRO, with vendors strongly encouraged to provide all documents, including optional items, to facilitate a comprehensive review. Vendors must submit questions through BPRO by a specified deadline, and technical support is available through support@gobonfire.com for submission assistance. The contract appears to cover Cisco support, subscription services, hardware, software, training, and hourly services, with specific Cisco certification requirements noted.
