About this file

This document is a Domestic Partnership Act Certification form for Broward County, Florida, related to a solicitation for Cisco Products, Software and Services. The open-end contract is designed for the Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) Division and other Broward County agencies to purchase Cisco support, subscription services, hardware, software, training, and hourly services. Vendors are required to submit all documents electronically through BPRO by the specified closing date and time, with strong encouragement to provide both required and optional files to enable a comprehensive review.

The certification form specifically addresses domestic partnership benefits for vendors contracting with the county for goods and services over $100,000, requiring vendors to either currently provide equal benefits to registered domestic partners or commit to doing so at contract award. Vendors must select from multiple compliance options, including full compliance, future compliance, or eligibility for specific exceptions such as having fewer than five employees, being a governmental or non-profit entity, or having limitations based on federal or state regulations. The document emphasizes that failure to submit the form or comply with requirements may result in being deemed non-responsive to the solicitation.
